- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 lb. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Cook spinach until just done. Drain well.

3Mix spinach with cream cheese, butter and salt.

4Put in casserole dish and cover with parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.

6Serve with tortilla chips.
