  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 3 whole Carrots, Shredded
  • 8 ounces, weight Canned Water Chestnuts, Drained And Chopped
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Squeezed Dry
  • 3/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
  • For Serving: Sliced Crusty Sourdough Bread, Crackers And Desired Vegetables
