  • 1 1/2 cups Broccoli, Chopped
  • 1 cup Cauliflower,raw
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 cups Mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tsp Basil dried
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • 1/5 tbsp Nutmeg, Ground
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Cous Cous
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 oz Feta
