- 1 1/2 cups Broccoli, Chopped
- 1 cup Cauliflower,raw
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 cups Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp Basil dried
- 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/5 tsp Salt
- 1/5 tbsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1 cup Tofu
- 1/2 almond milk
- 2 tbsp Cous Cous
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 oz Feta
