  • 500 grams spinach
  • 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 mL of whipping cream
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
