Spinach Lasagna

  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper.

    Grease a large 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and layer sauce, noodles and cheese mixture.

    Top with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with rest of cheese.

    Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

    Let stand before cutting.
