Spinach Lasagne

  • 9 lasagne noodles
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (20 oz., with mushrooms)
  • 1 can spinach, drained well
  • 2 to 3 c. part skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles in salt water. Drain. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass pan with Pam.

    Layer sauce, noodles, spinach, cheese, noodles, sauce and cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 375°.

    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

    Heat garlic bread and toss a salad while lasagne sets.
