- 1 pkg. phyllo dough (at room temperature)
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 pkg. Green Giant chopped spinach in butter sauce
- 12 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. ham, diced
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Directions

1Mix everything but phyllo and butter in a food processor. Spray an 11 x 9-inch pan with Pam.

2Lay 3 or 4 sheets of phyllo in pan; brush very generously with butter.

3Repeat with 3 or more sheets.

4Spread thin layer of spinach mixture over sheets.

5Repeat until all ingredients have been used, ending with several sheets of dough, buttered as before.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375° or until golden brown.

7Let cool a little before cutting.

8If any is left over, wrap individual pieces in foil and refrigerate.

9Heat in foil when needed.

10Keeps a week.
