- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain thoroughly.

2Combine spinach, cheeses, eggs and seasonings.

3Pour mixture into a square 9 x 9-inch pan (nonstick).

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes until golden on top.

5Let cool, then cut into squares, wrap and freeze.

6Reheat in a 375° oven for 10 minutes.
