- 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially cooked
- 1 1/4 c. half and half
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Spread 3/4 of cheese and spinach in bottom of pie shell.

2Beat cream, eggs and salt until frothy.

3Pour over cheese and spinach. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.

4Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until pie has set.

5Broccoli can be substituted for spinach.
