- 3/4 c. bacon drippings or combinations of olive oil and Puritan
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 bunches spinach
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 12 strips bacon, chopped
Directions

1Wash spinach and tear in bite size pieces.

2Chill.

3Cook bacon and reserve drippings.

4Make dressing from first 7 ingredients and keep warm.

5Toss salad with warm dressing.

6Serve with bacon and egg garnish.
