Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach or 2 bunches fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), drained
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 small to medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Blend until all is smooth (makes about 2 cups).
