Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bacon, Diced
  • 1 bag Spinach (fresh, Rinsed And Dried - A 6-9 Ounce Bag)
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges (11 Ounce Can)
  • 3 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Onion (fresh)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Rice Vinegar (or Another Light Vinegar)
  • 1 cup Corn Oil (works Best, Or Another Light Oil)
  • Sliced Almonds (optional, For Topping)

Directions

    Fry bacon, remove from drippings, allow to cool.

    Mix salad ingredients and set aside.
  3. 3
    In a small mixer, mix remaining ingredients (minus oil).

    Very slowly, pour in the oil while mixing. Mix very well!

    Chill the dressing before serving.

    When you are ready to eat, pour the dressing over salad and top with sliced almonds if you so choose.
