- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (6 ounce) package herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 12 lb bulk pork sausage
- 14 cup green onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 12 cups monterey jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 12 cup skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Thaw and squeeze excess water from spinach.

3Prepare stuffing mix to package instructions.

4Cook in skillet on medium heat sausage, onions, and garlic.

5In a large bowl combine sausage mixture and stuffing.

6Transfer to a 13x9-inch baking pan.

7Top with Monterey Jack cheese.

8Mix cream, milk, and egg.

9Pour over sausage mixture.

10Bake for 30 minutes.

11Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and cook 5-10 minutes longer until knife comes out clean.
