  • 1 (10 oz.) box spinach
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 slices bacon, crumbled (optional)

    Combine flour and cheese.

    Toss well.

    Stir together eggs and milk.

    Combine all with spinach, pour into sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with bacon . Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
