  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • yellow cake mix

Directions

    Mix 1st four ingredients until smooth. Follow directions on yellow cake mix to make cake batter. Pour cake mix into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Slowly spoon cheese mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or slightly longer. Top will become brown.
