- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 small chopped onions
- 1 c. grated Longhorn or Cheddar cheese

1Cook spinach until tender, drain.

2Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish (flat, such as 7 x 11-inch).
