- 3 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 sm. cream cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 stick butter (margarine)
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 egg lightly beaten - spread on top
Directions

1Cook 3 pkgs. spinach - drain - add all other ingredients to the hot spinach except the third egg.

2Spread in large pan (use at least a 9 in. x 13 in.)

3Take the third egg and lightly beat, spread on top of mixture.

4Do not cover pan.

5Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 - 45 minutes or until it is well set (firm to touch).
