• 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
• 3 oz. chopped raisins
• 8 oz. Italian bread crumbs
• 3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp. ground sage
• 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
