  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
  • 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
  • 3 oz. chopped raisins
  • 8 oz. Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
