- 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 doz. wonton skins, thawed
Directions

1Cook spinach, drain well and press dry.

2Melt butter in skillet and add onion and saute until tender.

3Stir in next 5 ingredients.

4Place one teaspoon spinach mixture in center of each wonton.

5Lightly brush edges with water.

6Fold over and press edges together.
-
7When all are filled, place several at a time in hot oil and fry 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

8These freeze well.
