- 1 ham bone or 2 ham hocks
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 qt. water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine ingredients in slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.

3Remove ham bone; cut meat off, dice and return meat to soup.
