- 1 meaty ham bone (or 2 tsp. ham base)
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 c. diced ham (if no bone)
Directions

1Rinse peas.

3Bring to boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours.

4Remove bone; cut off ham meat and dice.
