Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda

Directions

    Combine sugar, corn syrup and vinegar and cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar melts.

    Cook, without stirring, until mixture is very brittle when placed in cold water.

    Remove from heat and add baking soda.

    Pour into a well-greased pan.

    When hard, break into pieces.
