  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 2 c. hot milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted shortening

Directions

    Add hot milk and cook until thickened (5 minutes), stirring constantly.

    Beat eggs, then blend in a small amount of cooked mixture.
