- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix water and yeast; set aside.

2Mix sugar and melted butter. Add egg alternately.

3Add flour and yeast mixture to egg mixture. Put in airtight bowl in refrigerator.

4Dough is better cold or made the night before.

5Grease muffin tins, stir dough and spoon in muffin tins.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Makes 36 rolls.

8Dough will keep a week
