- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. self-rising flour or to plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream sugar into butter.

2Add egg.

3Dissolve yeast in 2 cups very warm water (105° to 115°).

4Add flour.

5Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (can do up to 4 days) in airtight container.

6Spoon into greased muffin tins (2-inch diameter). Fill 2/3 full.

7Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
