- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cheese and sour cream.

2Add wine and beat with mixer until well blended.

3Stir in herbs (do not beat).

4This can be pressed into a 2-cup mold that has been sprayed with nonstick coating or covered container. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.

5Excellent cracker spread or omelette filling.
