  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions

    Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with mixer until well blended.

    There will be small chunks of oranges.

    Bake at 350° in 2 greased and floured 8-inch pans for 35 minutes or until done. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes.

    Remove when cold and split layers to make 4 layers.
