  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. fresh green peas or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 c. finely chopped raw potatoes
  • 1 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/3 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. dairy sour cream for garnish
  • parsley

Directions

    In saucepan in 1 cup water, cook peas, potatoes and onions until tender.

    In a bowl or another pan, combine boiling water, bouillon cubes, celery salt and curry powder.

    In a blender, puree undrained cooked vegetables until smooth.

    Blend into bouillon.
