  • 1/3 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 c. shredded nappa (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 c. shredded fresh carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 12 to 18 egg roll skins

    Stir-fry ground pork until brown.

    Add mushrooms, nappa and carrots.

    Cook until tender (5 to 7 minutes).

    Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and green onion.

    Let it cool completely, 1 to 2 hours.
