- 1/3 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 4 c. shredded nappa (Chinese cabbage)
- 1 c. shredded fresh carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 12 to 18 egg roll skins

2Stir-fry ground pork until brown.

3Add mushrooms, nappa and carrots.

4Cook until tender (5 to 7 minutes).

5Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and green onion.

6Let it cool completely, 1 to 2 hours.
