- 4 to 4 1/2 c. white flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 envelope beef stew seasoning
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Heat milk, water and margarine to 120° to 130°.

3Add to flour mixture; add eggs.

4Blend 3 minutes at medium speed.

5By hand, stir in remaining flour and knead.

6Grease bowl and let dough rise.

7Punch down.

8Form 2 loaves and place in greased bread pans.

9Let rise and bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
