  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 30 -35 saltine crackers (crushed)
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 14 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 14 cup green pepper (chopped)
  • 12 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter (softened)

Directions

    Beat egg then add milk and black pepper, beat well.

    Mix in 20-23 crushed crackers (1 sleeve is approximately 20 crackers).

    Stir in corn, green onion and green pepper.

    Pour into 1 quart casserole dish.

    Combine 8-12 crushed crackers with softened butter until crumbly (similar to graham cracker crust).

    Sprinkle mixture over corn mixture, sprinkle garlic powder on top.

    Bake for 45 minutes to one hour or until knife can come out clean from center.
