- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion with salt and pepper until all liquid is out.

2Cool.

3Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water chestnuts.

4Mix well.

5Add margarine or butter (melted) to stuffing mix.
