- 2 lb. squash
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned bread crumbs (8 oz.)
Directions

1Cook sliced squash and onion until just tender.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Add sour cream and soup; mix together.

5Combine margarine with stuffing mix, stirring until well blended.

6Combine half stuffing with squash mixture. Spoon into 2-quart buttered casserole.

7Top with remainder of stuffing.

8Bake approximately 30 minutes at 375° or until bubbly.
