  • 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper

    Combine all ingredients.

    Reserve a few bread crumbs for topping. After mixing all ingredients together and putting in casserole dish, top with the reserved bread crumbs and bake at 350° until bubbly.
