- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. squash
- 1 small can chopped pimento (optional)
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 pan fresh corn bread
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water or 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
- 2 to 4 carrots, grated
- 1/2 to 1 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash.

2Drain and mash.

3Mix all ingredients in large baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
