  • 6 c. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine (can also add celery).

    Add cooked squash, chicken soup and sour cream.

    Butter oblong baking dish and spoon in half the stuffing mix.
  4. 4
    Put squash mixture over stuffing and top with remaining stuffing mix.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
