- 6 c. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine (can also add celery).

2Add cooked squash, chicken soup and sour cream.

3Butter oblong baking dish and spoon in half the stuffing mix.

4Put squash mixture over stuffing and top with remaining stuffing mix.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
