- 2 lb. squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain and season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of margarine.

3Stir in chicken soup and sour cream.

4In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup margarine and dressing mix, stirring until well blended.

5Combine one half of dressing mix with squash mixture.

6Spoon into casserole dish and top with remaining dressing mix.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
