- 8 medium squash
- 4 strips bacon, fried
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- dash of salt and pepper
- paprika
- 1/2 medium onion
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain, then chop.

2Fry bacon.

3Add bacon (crumbled), green pepper and onion to squash along with 1 cup of crackers, eggs, salt, pepper and butter.

4Mix well and put into baking dish (greased).

5Top with remaining cracker crumbs and dot with paprika.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
