- 2 pkg. frozen squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pkg. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Add butter, Velveeta and egg. Mix well and pour in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
