Squash Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen or 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 regular box instant cornbread stuffing
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook squash until tender and drain.

    Prepare stuffing according to directions, using 1/2 cup less water.

    Add soup and milk to stuffing and add squash.

    Put into casserole dish and top with cheese.

    Bake at 325° to 350° until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
