- 10 oz. pkg. frozen yellow squash
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 oz. pkg. chicken stuffing mix
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Cook squash; drain well.

2Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine.

3Combine squash, onion, sour cream and soup.

4Combine stuffing mix and melted margarine.

5Stir well.

6Add 3/4 stuffing mixture to squash, folding gently.

7Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.

8Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until bubbly.

10Serves 8.
