- 3 c. cooked squash, drained and cooled
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 large grated carrots
- 1 pkg. Blue Label Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Add sour cream, pimento, cream of chicken soup, onion and carrots to squash.

2Mix stuffing mix, oleo and poultry seasoning. Put all but 1 cup in Pyrex dish.

3Spread squash mixture over the stuffing mix, then add the 1 cup of dry mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
