  • 3 c. cooked squash, drained and cooled
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 large grated carrots
  • 1 pkg. Blue Label Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Add sour cream, pimento, cream of chicken soup, onion and carrots to squash.

    Mix stuffing mix, oleo and poultry seasoning. Put all but 1 cup in Pyrex dish.

    Spread squash mixture over the stuffing mix, then add the 1 cup of dry mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
