  • squash
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • crumbled bacon

Directions

    Cook squash (about 1 1/2 pounds) and onion (chopped) together until tender.

    Drain and mash.
