Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. squash, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp. sugar (I use 1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Cook squash, drain and mash and mix with other ingredients. Put in greased casserole.

    Cover with more cracker crumbs. Drizzle oleo over the top of crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until lightly browned and bubbly.
