- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 c. pimentos (small), chopped
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Drain.

3Add salt, pepper and butter.

4Add other ingredients.

5Line casserole with buttered crumbs.

6Pour in mixture and just before removing from oven, top with more buttered crumbs and brown.

7Cook 1/2 hour at 350°.

8Use about 1/4 package of crumbs.

9Drain squash well.
