- 10 c. yellow summer squash, chopped
- 5 c. chopped onions
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 5 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 5 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. powdered dry mustard
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Combine squash, onions and peppers.

2Add pickling salt and let set for 1 hour; drain good.

3Mix remaining ingredients.

4Mix with squash mixture and heat.

5Put into jars.

6Cook 15 minutes in hot water bath.
