  • 3 c. yellow and green squash, combined, cooked, drained and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 raw carrot, grated
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs (8 oz.)
  • salt and pepper to taste

    onion in butter; add squash, sour cream, soup, carrot, salt and pepper.

    Lay in buttered casserole dish mixture, crumbs, mixture and crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
