- 2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread mix
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together and drain.

2Mix together in mixer the soup, sour cream and carrot.

3Add squash and beat again. Make crust out of cornbread mix and butter.

4Put cornbread mix on top.

5Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
