  • 2 1/2 lb. squash
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook squash and cool.

    Mix dressing mix and butter.
  3. 3
    Grease large casserole and put 1/2 of dressing mix on bottom.

    Mix other ingredients with squash.
  5. 5
    Pour over dressing layer.

    Top with remaining dressing mix and bake 30 minutes at 325°.
