  • 2 c. yellow squash, cooked and well drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients, saving some cheese and crackers for topping. Place into a casserole dish.

    Top with the rest of the cheese and crackers.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 325°.
